Our remote bookkeeping service enables our clients to follow their financial position online via the internet (management accounts, receivables/payables etc.). As part of this service, we also process scanned documents that may be attached as supporting documents to transactions recorded in the general ledger.

In a response to market needs, we offer to act as the bookkeepers of subsidiaries of international groups by using their own systems (SAP, Navision, etc.) that run at their head office. Our staff keeps continuous contact with the local and foreign controllers and chief accountants also in English or German as required.

The flexibility of our accounting software allows for a geographical segregation of administrative and accounting duties so that our clients can record their transactions, invoices, do their billing and use the petty cash and the inventory module. Based on these records, our qualified staff completes the general ledger accounts and prepares the tax returns in our office.
